1. Inquiry of any Dhahabu land Property.
2: Investment Catalog – Send an investors’ guide that will fit the client investment category.
3: Plot Selection: Client selects the preferred project.
4: Plot Availability: We shall confirm the availability of the selected plot(s) and Dhahabu land send the online booking form for client to fill in and email back.
5: Payment Process: The client will select terms of payment that is flexible and within their budget: we allow;
6. Offer Letter: We send client the offer letter indicating the Purchase price, bank account number, terms, and expected closing costs. The offer letter valid for 7 days .Our agents have authority to issue offer letters.
7. Client Documents: sends to us a copy of ID, copy of PIN and three passport size photos (Send the document via mail)
8. Legal Documents: These are the legal document that will enable the client own the plot;
9. Completion Document: We prepare these documents upon completion of payment of the investment:
10. Registration of the Title deed: We send all completion documents to Land registry for title transfer and registration (it takes 60 days on submitting the documents to registrar)
11. Title deed issuing: We shall send the soft copy of the title deed. The client will collect the Title deed from our office. We can also issue the title deed to an appointed person who will provide a signed authorization letter instructing us to do so. We avoid sending Title deed via courier services to avoid the risk of losing it.

Mr Peter Kamau is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dhahabu Land Limited, one of the leading real estate companies in Kenya. Peter founded Dhahabu Landed Limited in 2016. He is also a member of the Board of Directors, where he ensures that the standards, operations, and services offered are in line with the company’s core values. Peter is an experienced business leader with a vast wealth of knowledge.
Njenga Mugweru is Dhahabu Land Limited’s General Manager. Before being named the General Manager, Njenga was Dhahabu’s head of sales and marketing from 2019 and was responsible for all of the company’s headquarter sales and marketing operations, including end-to-end management of Dhahabu’s advertising, sales activities, and service and support to all clients and marketers.
Susan Kariuki is a seasoned team leader with over 10 years’ experience in Real Estate. She has been instrumental identifying skills and guiding new staff towards achieving a common goal. She Heads Thika Branch office.
Anderson has vast experience in real estate in and around the coast region. Been born and raised in Kilifi County he understands well the land ownership trends in these regions. He Holds the Coast Region Manager Position.
Ivy Wangui is the Finance manager. She is responsible for leading Finance operations and is in charge of Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Financial Reporting, Preparing staff payroll and Petty cash management. She holds a Degree in finance and CPA and has over 7 years’ experience in both Financial Management.
Kennedy Kiangai is the He is a holder of a bachelors degree in economics. He is skilled in management with three years experience as a project and product manager. He oversees all processes from the development and servicing of Dhahabu Land Limited to the processing and delivery of title deeds.
Robert Joined Dhahabu Land Ltd September, 17th 2018. He is an experienced team leader with wealth of experience in I.C.T and oversees all functionalities and operation of all our sophisticated systems enabling smooth and efficient delivery of services to all our existing and new investors. He leads a newly established Digital Team handling all our social platforms and He’s among the pioneers to our cutting-edge customer care call center that will go a long way in enhancing timely response to all inquiries.
